Ingredients for Vegetable Daleem:

  • Barley 1/2 cup
  • Wheat 1/2 cup
  • Lentil gram 1/2 cup
  • Black lentil 1/4 cup
  • Green gram lentil 1/4 cup
  • White lentil 1 cup
  • Rice 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Mix spices powder 1 tbsp
  • Guar bean 1/2 cup
  • Potato 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower 1/2 cup
  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Bottle gourd 1/2 cup
  • Egg plant 1/2 cup
  • Chaat masala for garnish

Ingredients for Lauki Chanay Ki Daal:

  • Lentil gram 2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Whole jack fruit 2
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1-1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Bottle gourd 1-1/2 kg

Ingredients for Baghr Huay Chawal:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Rice 2 cup
