Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache:

  • 300 grams chocolate
  • 100 grams cream
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method:

  1. Heat cream in one pan until it boil.
  2. Now close stove, add chocolate and butter and stir continuously until butter melts and chocolate mix in cream.
  3. Now keep in fridge over night until it becomes thick.

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Cupcakes:

  • 55 grams butter
  • 225 gm light brown sugar
  • 115 gm crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1-1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp (level) baking powder

Method:

  1. First heat oven on 180 degrees C.
  2. Then beat brown sugar and butter nicely in one bowl.
  3. Now put crunchy peanut butter and mix it nicely.
  4. Then add eggs gradually and beat more. Now put vanilla essence and beat it.
  5. Now in one bowl, strain flour and baking powder, add in beaten mixture, add milk gradually and mix it.
  6. Now bake cupcakes for 25 minutes, chill it and serve.
