Injeer Gosht, Injeer Ka Halwa And Cappuccino Coffee by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Injeer Gosht:

  • Beef  1/2 kg
  • Figs  125 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes  2
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 bunch
  • All spice powder  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  3-5 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and onions and saute it.
  2. Now add beef roast it, put the tomato roast it nicely.
  3. Then add red chili powder, chopped coriander, chopped turmeric, chopped black pepper, chopped garam masala, injeer, salt, mix the beef nicely. tender the beef till it cooks.
  4. When the masala dries, cook the beef, turn off the stove.
  5. In the end take it out in serving dish add green coriander for garnishing.
  6. Injeer is ready.

Ingredients For Injeer Ka Halwa:

  • Figs  250 gm
  • Semolina  250 gm
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Milk  1/2 kg
  • Clarified butter  1 cup
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First wash the injeer with water and make paste of it.
  2. Now pour ghee in a pan, add chopped green cardamom, make it crispy.
  3. Then figs paste, coconut powder, sugar roast it well.
  4. After that add milk mix it.
  5. When the mixture becomes thick roast it till the halwa leaves ghee.
  6. In the end take it out in dish and then serve.

Ingredients for Cappuccino:

  • Coffee  2 tbsp
  • Milk  3 cup
  • Powder milk  6 tbsp
  • Icing sugar  4 tbsp
  • Chocolate bar  as required

Method:

  1. Add coffee, powder milk, icing sugar milk in a bowl mix it well until all the ingredients are mixed well and gives the look of paste.
  2. Pour hot oil in a pan stir it continuously.
  3. When the milk is filled in cup and fog comes up, put some chocolate for garnishing and then serve.
