Ingredients for Herb Butter Rice:

• Rice 1/2 kg
• Parsley 2 tbsp
• Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
• Mix herb 1 tsp
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  

Ingredients for Kashmiri Chai:

• Green tea 2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 4 tbsp
• Almond 1 tbsp
• Pistachio 1 tbsp
• Dry ginger 1 pinch
• Milk 1/2 liter
• Cardamom 4
• Water 4 cup
