Ingredients for White Chicken Bites:

  • Boneless Chicken  1/2 kg
  • Flour  2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh milk  1/2 liter
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Fresh cream  1/2 packet
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • To boil the chicken:
  • Garlic  cloves  3
  • Black peppercorn  4

Method:

  1. First add boneless pieces of chicken add garlic cloves, chopped black pepper, water boil it. When it boils then waste the water from it.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan pour oil, add chicken , ginger garlic paste, salt roast it well.
  3. Then spread it on wide pan.
  4. Now add butter, heat it and add flour and roast it, then turn off the stove.
  5. After 5 minutes pour milk, heat and stir it with wooden spoon, make it thick.
  6. After that chill the sauce and add fresh cream, chopped black pepper on chicken.
  7. Put green chilies and mint.

Ingredients for Chicken Ka Salan Kashkaash Ky Saath:

  • Chicken  1-1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  4
  • Green chilies  10
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Green coriander  1 bunch
  • Salt  to taste
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add chopped onions, make them golden brown, then take it out.
  2. Now put the chicken in same oil, add ginger garlic paste, salt, and turmeric.
  3. When the chicken water dries add yogurt, chopped green chilies and then roast it.
  4. Now add poppy seeds.
  5. Add yogurt with water, poppy seeds, chopped white cumin, butter and then simmer it.
  6. In the end add chopped black pepper, green coriander and then serve it with hot chapati.

Ingredients for Onion & Potato Roast:

  • Baby potatoes  1/2 kg
  • Small onion  1/2 kg
  • Crushed cumin  1 tbsp
  • Red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Lemons  4
  • Green chilies  4
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. First wash the baby potatoes, then boil it, after 10 minutes remove it from stove and peel its skin.
  2. Now pour hot oil, add potatoes, deep fry them. When they became golden brown then take it out and pour oil again.
  3. Then add oil, onions, fry them. Mix the potatoes.
  4. Along salt, lemon juice, chopped red chili, chopped black pepper, chopped and roasted white cumin, green chilies, brown sugar, stir fry them all.
  5. In the end take out in a dish and put mint for garnishing and then serve it hot.
