Ingredients For English Cream And Pudding:

  • Simple cake 1 pound
  • Egg 3
  • Water 3 cups
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Vanilla essence  1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Butter  50 gm

Method:

  1. First pour water, add condensed milk let it cook.
  2. Then add corn flour make it thick.
  3. Now add egg, vanilla essence, fresh cream, butter, beat it well, add condensed milk beat it well.
  4. Then spread 1 pound cake, put ready mixture bake it for 30 on 180 degree C.

Ingredients For Hara Masala Biryani Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Boiled meat 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Large cardamom 2
  • Clove 4
  • Lemons 6
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies paste 50 gm
  • Plum 100 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Biryani essence  few drops
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  2 tsp

Method:

  1. First pour oil in a pan add onions make them golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, chopped cumin, whole black pepper, curry leaves, cloves, big cardamom, salt, turmeric roast it well.
  3. Then add boiled mutton, plum, yogurt simmer it for 5 minutes.
  4. After that keep the rice in water, let it cook.
  5. When the water dries then simmer it for 20 minutes.
  6. Along mint, green coriander, few drops of biryani essence turn off the stoves.
  7. Hara masala biryani pulao is ready.

Ingredients For Ketchup Chutney:

  • Boiled tomatoes 4
  • Yogurt 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • All spice  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Tamarind juice 1/2 cup
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Put the tomatoes, onions in a blender.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add cumin, yogurt.
  3. When it starts to smell then add tomato and onions.
  4. Along salt, chopped red chilies, garam masala, turmeric, ketchup, tamarind juice.
  5. When it becomes thick then add vinegar and turn off the stove.
