Tri Color Pizza, Chicken Curry Pasta And Crunchy Chicken Shoots by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Italian Style Thin Pizza:

For Dough:

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 sachet
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Marinating:

  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Eggs  1 to 2
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Food color 1 pinch
  • Oil  for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Topping:

  • Pizza sauce  1 cup
  • Sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup
  • Black olives  1/2 cup
  • Grated mozzarella 200 gm
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Basil  1/2 tsp
  • Butter  3 to 4 tbsp

Method:

For making dough:

  1. First make the water warm, add yeast, sugar, mix it well leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Then take a flour, salt, baking powder, yeast knead it well, leave it for 3 to 4 hours place it in hot place.
  3. Then take it out and fold it with help of hands.

For making fish:

  1. Take a bowl, add egg white, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chopped red chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped garam masala powder, pinch of yellow color, salt, mix it nicely make its batter.
  2. Now cut the fish into slices, then pour oil in a pan, add fish slices, take out the fish on a tissue paper, so that all oil absorbs.

For topping:

  1. Grease the oven tray with butter, knead the pizza bread thin, set the oven tray.
  2. Now spread the pizza sauce on bread, then put the fried fish on it, put some mushrooms.
  3. Sprinkle some thyme, basil.
  4. Then put some grated cheese, cheddar cheese set it well.
  5. In the end add oregano, olives press its top.
  6. Now place the pizza in a preheated oven on 200 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes bake it.
  7. Take it out and cut it into slices then serve.

Ingredients For Homemade Spinach Fish Pasta:

For Spinach Pasta:

  • White flour 250 gm
  • Egg  1
  • Spinach paste  1/2 cup
  • Oil  1 to 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Pasta Sauce:

  • Boneless fish 300 gm
  • Tomato  4
  • Oregano  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper  4 to 5 cloves
  • Chopped garlic 1
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Pickle 1/2 cup
  • Tomato puree  1 cup
  • Oil  3 to 4 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First cut the spinach, add flour, egg, salt, knead the dough hard, cut it into stir pieces.
  2. Boil the water, for 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. Then take it out, make it cool, pour oil on it and keep it on a side.

For paste sauce:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add garlic for frying.
  2. Now add fish fry it, take it out and keep it on a side.
  3. Then add onion, fry it.
  4. Add tomatoes,  tomato puree, chopped white pepper, vinegar, salt, mix it well.
  5. Then add chicken stew.
  6. In the end add pasta, add fish mix it.
  7. Then add oregano, sprinkle, take it out in a dish and then serve.

Ingredients For Baked Cheese And Vegetable Boat:

  • Buns  4
  • Boiled chicken 150 gm
  • Grated mozzarella 1/2 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1
  • Chopped tomato  1
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Oregano  1 pinch
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Chopped carrot  1/2 cup
  • Green chilies  2 to 2
  • Green onion  1 to 2 sticks
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Take 4 buns, now cut the upper part of the bun.
  2. Then take a bowl, add boiled chicken, capsicum, tomato, chopped black pepper, green onion, green chilies, salt mix it well.
  3. Now pour sauce on bun and do the stiffing.
  4. Then put mozzarella cheese, oregano.
  5. Now place it in a preheated oven on 200 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes, bake it.
  6. In the end take it out and then serve.
