Murgh Chana Biryani, Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa And Doodh Ka Sharbat by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredient For Chanay Ki Daal Ka Halwa:

  • Gram lentil  1/2 kg
  • Sugar  2 1/2 cup
  • Small cardamom  8
  • Dry milk  (full cream)  2 cups
  • Chopped almonds  10
  • Chopped pistachio  15
  • Clarified butter/ oil  2 1/2 cups
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts  as required
  • Khoya  as required

Method:

  1. First keep the gram lentil in water wash them and boil it.
  2. When it become tender then make them cool and chop them.
  3. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped small coriander for frying.
  4. When it starts to smell then roast it and make them golden brown add sugar.
  5. When the sugar syrup starts to separate then add dry milk, add walnuts roast it.
  6. Then pour oil add ready halwa and spread it.
  7. In the end add khoya, almonds, boiled pistachio then serve the delicious daal ka halwa

Ingredients For Murgh Chana Biryani:

  • Chicken (12 pieces) 1
  • Rice  2-2 1/2 cup
  • Kabuli chickpeas  1 cup
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Allspice as required
  • Lemons  4
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Mint leaves  1 bunch
  • Green chilies  4
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Onion  3
  • Oil/ clarified butter 1 cup
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Yellow color   as required
  • Fresh milk  1 cup

To Boil Rice:

  • Water  4-5
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies  3
  • All spice  as required
  • Small cardamom  3
  • Salt  to taste
  • White vinegar   1 tbsp

Ingredients For Doodh Ka Sharbat:

  • Milk  1/2 liter
  • Almonds and pistachio as required
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Red sharbart  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. First pour milk, add sugar, red sharbat, blend it well.
  2. Now add boiled pistachio, almonds mix it well.
  3. Sharbaat is ready.
