Ingredients For Aloo Qeema Paratha:

For Making Dough:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Milk (for kneading) as required

For Filling:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Potato  2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Green coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Green chili  2
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg  2
  • Ghee for frying

For Adding In Egg:

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Oil   2 tbsp

Method:

For Making Dough:

  1. First take a flour, salt, milk knead it well.

For Making Filling:

  1. Then add mince, potato, ginger garlic paste, salt pour water and let it cook.
  2. Dry its water then add Chinese salt, black pepper, chopped green coriander, green onion, chopped green chilies mix it well.
  3. Now turn off the stove.
  4. Then put black pepper, salt, beat it well.
  5. Now pour oil add add beaten egg.

For Making Paratha:

  1. Make the portions of these dough.
  2. Then add mince, do egg filling.
  3. Close it from all 4 sides, knead it again and freeze it.

Ingredients For Imli Aur Podinay Ki Chutney:

  • Tamarind juice  1 cup
  • Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
  • Red chili  1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds  1 tbsp
  • Salt  as required

Method:

  1. Put all the above ingredients in a blender for blending.
  2. Delicious imli aur podinay ki chutney is ready.

Ingredients For Namkeen Labban:

  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Cream  1/2 cup
  • Milk  1 glass
  • Water  1 glass
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Ice  as required  

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in blender for blending and then serve.
