Ingredients For Chicken Steak:

  • Chicken boneless  500 gm
  • Capsicum 2
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion  2
  • Yogurt  2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic  1 tbsp
  • Chopped black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Chopped red chilies 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1 tsp
  • Kachri powder  1  tbsp
  • Chana powder  1 tbsp
  • Eggs  4
  • Bread crumbs  as needed
  • Oil  as needed

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add chicken boneless cubes, capsicum, tomatoes and onions.
  2. Now take a yogurt, garlic, chopped black pepper, salt, Chinese salt, kachri powder, chana powder mix it well.
  3. Pour some oil and make its paste.
  4. Then put that paste into chicken bowl and vegetables.
  5. After that put chicken and vegetables in skewers, put it on bread crumbs.
  6. Dip it into egg, then fry it.

Ingredients For Hari Bhari Chaat:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomato  1
  • Papri  3-4
  • Chopped white pepper  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First put green coriander, chopped mint, green chilies and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Now add boiled white chickpea, boiled potato, salt, chopped cumin, white pepper and yogurt mixture mix it well.
  3. Then take it out in a serving dish add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and papri then serve.
