Ingredients For Achari Keema With Shan Achaar Gosht Masala:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Shan achar gosht masala 1 packet
  • Green chili whole  12
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion  1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add mince, yogurt, shan achar masala marinate it for 30 minutes.
  2. Now add green chilies in a jug and take out its seeds.
  3. Then add remaining shan achar mutton masala and leave it.
  4. Pour oil in a pan add chopped onions for frying.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste marinate it well add mince cover and let it cook on low temperature.
  6. When the water dries then add green chilies, chopped green coriander and ginger slices fry it and take it out then serve.

Ingredients For Blueberry Rice Crispy Flan:

  • Rice crispy cereal  2 1/2 cup
  • Melted chocolate  100 gm
  • Blueberry pie filling  1/2 tin
  • Fresh cream  to decorate

For Custard:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Shan vanilla custard powder  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Pour milk add sugar boil it.
  2. When the milk is boiled then add shan vanilla custard powder in milk and make it thick, then take it out out for making it cool.
  3. Now add melted chocolate, rice crispy cereal mix it and put it into pyrex dish.
  4. Now leave it to set.
  5. Then add ready custard.
  6. Then add blueberry pie filling garnish it with fresh cream then serve it cool.
