Ingredients For Chicken Sizzler With Rice:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt  3/4 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste  1 tsp
  • Vinegar

For Filling:

  • Grated mozzarella cheese 4 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Blue band  1 tbsp

For Orange Sauce:

  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Orange juice  1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

For Serve:

  • French fries  as required
  • Boiled rice 2 cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cabbage leaves 2
  • Coriander leaves  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First cut the chicken boneless into 2 pieces.
  2. Now marinate the chicken with salt, chopped black pepper, garlic paste, mustard paste and vinegar, leave it for 30 minutes.
  3. Then take a grill pan, pour oil add blue band, cook it on 5 minutes on low temperature.
  4. Now sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese, keep it on a side add mixed herbs, then close the breast piece.
  5. For making orange sauce, pour oil add water, salt, black pepper and orange juice boil and let it cook.
  6. Now make it thick add corn flour paste. Then add lemon juice mix it and keep it on a side.
  7. Now heat the sizzler, cabbage spread it.
  8. Then add boiled rice with french fries.
  9. Now put the chicken in its center, pour sauce on it then serve.
