Ingredients For Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake:

  • Self raising flour  1 cup
  • Plain flour  3/4 cup
  • Milk  1 cup

For Peanut Butter Cream:

  • Butter  4 ounces
  • Cream cheese  4 ounce
  • Icing sugar sieved  1 1/2 cup
  • Peanut butter  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First filter the self raising flour and flour.
  2. Grease the 9x8 pan, line it.
  3. Then melt the chocolate in hot water.
  4. Now make it cool and keep it on a side.
  5. Take a bowl add salad butter and caster sugar make it fluffy beat it well.
  6. Now add vanilla essence, egg yolk, chocolate, beat it along smooth peanut butter.
  7. Then add half flour, half milk, flour fold it.
  8. Take a bowl beat it along egg white, fold it along yolk mixture.
  9. Then put it into greased pan bake it on 150 degree C for 1 hour.
  10. Now put the peanut butter cream in its center then serve.
  11. For making peanut butter cream add butter, cream cheese, icing sugar and peanut butter mix it well.

Ingredients For Mughlai  Bhuna Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg cubes
  • Onion  1
  • Tomato puree  half cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  4
  • Cashew nut grinded  8
  • Yogurt  1/4 cup
  • Khoya  2 tbsp
  • Cream  4 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Flour  to roll chicken
  • Oil  for frying the masala
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp

Method:

  1. First give the cuts to chicken.
  2. Now roll the chicken into flour and deep fry keep it on a side.
  3. Pour oil add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies fry it.
  4. Then add tomato puree, fry it until its oil separates.
  5. Now add salt, chopped red chilies, black pepper, cashew and yogurt.
  6. Then add khoya and beated egg mix and cook.
  7. Now add chicken and simmer it for 10 minutes, garnish it with green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For Mutton Roll:

  • Mince  300 gm
  • Gram flour  1 tbsp
  • Yogurt  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped  1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs  1 cup
  • Egg  1 beaten
  • Oil  for frying
  • Fries  to serve

Method:

  1. First marinate the mince add roasted flour, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, green coriander, mint, chopped coriander, chopped cumin, chopped red chilies, chopped garam masala, salt and lemon juice.
  2. Now mix it make its smooth balls.
  3. Then give it shape of roll and dip it into egg.
  4. After that roll it into bread crumbs.
  5. Pour oil in pan deep fry it until it becomes golden brown, then serve it with fries.
