Ingredients For Minty Pot Green Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1 cup
  • Green chili 10
  • Garlic cloves 10
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg  1
  • Rice flour  1/2 cup
  • Chopped cumin seeds  2 tsp
  • Water  4 cups
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Shashlik sticks  as required
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Lettuce leaves, lemon  for garnishing
  • Oil  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the chicken mince, add onions, mint, green coriander, green chilies, garlic cloves, salt and chop it well.
  2. Now take it out and add black pepper, yogurt, egg, rice flour, chopped cumin and turmeric mix it well.
  3. Then give it shape of kabab on shashlik stick.
  4. Now take a big bowl add water, pour oil, cook it for 15 minutes keep some gap between each stick.
  5. When water dries then take out the kabab in dish and put grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Take it out in oven bake it on 200 degree C for 10 minutes.

Ingredients For Pineapple Halwa:

  • Pineapple 1 tin
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Milk  1 cup
  • Almonds  50 gm
  • Edible silver leaf  2
  • Butter  50 gm
  • Khoya  250 gm

Method:

  1. First chop the pineapples.
  2. Add butter, pineapple pieces, milk and saffron cook it on low temperature.
  3. Now add sugar, when the sugar dries add khoya turn off the stove.
  4. Take it out in a dish sprinkle almonds and silver paper then serve.
