Ingredients For Chicken Fry Cheese Burger:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce  2 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic  2-3 cloves
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion  1
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese  100 gm
  • Burger bun  4

Method:

  1. First pour oil add chopped garlic.
  2. When it becomes red add chicken breast roast it lightly.
  3. When its color changes then add red chilies, chopped black pepper, worcester sauce, chili garlic sauce, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Now roast it for 2 to 3 minutes. and keep it on a side.
  5. No add mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce mix it and put burger bun.
  6. Then put chicken inside along onion and tomatoes.
  7. Now put another piece of bun. put mozzarella cheese.
  8. Now heat it on 200 degree C for few minutes bake it well.
  9. When it becomes ready then serve it hot.

Ingredients For Thai Soup:

  • Chicken boneless 50 gm
  • Lemon  1
  • Green chilies 2
  • Dry red chilies  4
  • Chicken stock  3 cup
  • Corn flour  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Ginger  1/2 inch piece
  • Curry leaves  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. First add chicken cubes, add small pieces.
  2. Now pour oil add curry leaves, dry red chilies, ginger garlic slices add chicken.
  3. When its color changes then add chicken stock.
  4. After that add green chilies, chopped black pepper, chopped white pepper with salt.
  5. When this soup begins to bowl then add corn flour make it thick.

Ingredients For Coleslaw Salad:

  • Cabbage 1/4 piece
  • Carrot  1
  • Raisin 2 tbsp
  • Walnut  2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise  4-5 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • White pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First put the cabbage pieces, add carrot cut it into thin pieces.
  2. After that add raisins pour water make it soft.
  3. Take a bowl add cabbage, carrot, raisins and walnuts mix it well.
  4. Along mayonnaise, salt, chopped black pepper add sugar.
  5. Now add cheese mix it well make it cool keep it in a fridge.
  6. Put salad leaves then serve.
