Ingredients For Mughal Kabab Khas:

  • Beef mince 1/4 kg
  • Chicken mince 1/4 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Green chili 2
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg maze powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chopped almond  30
  • Oil  for frying

Ingredients For Beef & Vegetables In Coconut Sauce:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coconut powder 5 tbsp
  • Peanuts 25 roasted
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Chicken steak  3 cups
  • Capsicum  1 large
  • Carrot  1 large
  • Spring onion for garnishing
  • Oil  6 tbsp
