Ingredients For Roast With Mushroom Sauce:

  • Mutton leg 1 (1 1/2kg)
  • Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 375 gm
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  as required
  • Ginger garlic paste

For Mushroom Sauce:

  • Mushroom 1 tin
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste

Ingredients For Saucy Meatballs:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Egg whites 2
  • Bread slices 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 packet
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube floor  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil  to fry
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Stock  2 cups
  • Chopped garlic cloves 8 cloves
  • Sesame seed 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour 2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients For Doodh Ka Sharbat:

  • Milk  1 liter
  • Dry dates  8-10
  • Sugar  1/2 cup
  • Chopped almonds  as required
  • Chopped pistachio  as required
  • Cardamom powder  1/2 tsp
