Ingredients For Algerian Baked Fish:

  • Whole fish 1-1/2 kg
  • Boiled potato 4
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
  • Chopped cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg  2
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Melted butter  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Take a pan add tomatoes, chopped garlic, lemon juice, chopped cumin, turmeric, salt, black pepper, egg and thyme beat it nicely.
  2. Add whole fish, fill the center of fish with masala.
  3. Now keep it in tray put boil potatoes on its sides.
  4. Put melted butter on its top.
  5. After that place it on 200 degree C for baking it for half an hour.

Ingredients For Garlic Methi Rice:

  • Boiled rice 2 cups
  • Garlic 1 bunch
  • Fenugreek leaf 250 gm
  • Green chili 6
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Cashew nut 100 grams
  • Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First pour oil add onions and cashew nut for frying.
  2. When it starts to smell then take it out.
  3. Now pour oil add garlic for frying, when it starts to smell then add green fenugreek leaves, fry it on high temperature.
  4. Then add boiled rice, chopped black pepper and salt mix it well.
  5. Take it out in dish add green chilies, onion and cashew nut for serve.
