Baked Omelette 

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 4
  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Onion: 1
  • Green chilies: 2
  • Tomato: 1 
  • Mushroom: 3-4
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black pepper: 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper: to taste
  • Bread slice: for serving

Method:

  1. Blend eggs, coriander leaves, onion, green chilies, tomato, mushroom, salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper just once.
  2. Now take it out in a mold and put cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes and serve with bread slices.

Cheese & Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 3
  • Mushroom: 6
  • Salt: 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup
Method:

  1. In a bowl mix eggs, mushrooms, salt and black pepper together.
  2. Now heat oil and add the mixture.
  3. In the centre put cheddar cheese and fold from both sides.
  4. Serve hot. 

Banana Walnut Muffin

Ingredients:

  • Banana: 4
  • Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
  • Flour: 2 cups
  • Soda: 1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder: 1 tbsp
  • Caster Sugar: 3/4 cup
  • Oil: 1/2 cup
  • Eggs: 2
  • Walnut: 1 cup
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Beat Flour, soda, baking powder, caster sugar and oil.
  2. Now add in eggs one at a time and beat well.
  3. Then mix yogurt and beat it again.
  4. On the muffin tray add bananas on the base and then pour in the mixture.
  5. Spread walnuts on top and bake for 30 minutes on 180 degrees.

Breakfast Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 3
  • Flour: 6 tbsp
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Milk: 1/2 cup
  • Icing Sugar:3 tbsp
  • Honey: for serving

Method:

  1. Knead flour, salt, milk and icing sugar together.
  2. Now spread it on a greased tray and bake it for 45 minutes.
  3. Serve with honey.

French Toast

Ingredients:

  • Eggs: 3
  • Milk: 1 1/2 cup
  • Bread slice: 6
  • Caster Sugar: 6 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence: 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow color: 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence and yellow color properly.
  2. Now take the bread slices one by one and dip it in the eggs mixture.
  3. Heat oil and fry bread slices one by one.
  4. Enjoy the delicious french toast.
