Ingredients:

  • Bhuna keema 1/2 kg
  • Macaroni boiled 2 to 2-1/2 cups
  • White sauce 3 cups
  • Oregano leaves 1 tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 sliced
  • Capsicum 1 sliced
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, make chatpata keema. Boil macaroni and make 3 cup sauce.
  2. For Assemble: Spread keema in oven proof dish.
  3. Then spread boiled macaroni and oregano leaves. Then spread white sauce. Put grated cheddar cheese.
  4. After that, put tomato slice and capsicum slice.
  5. Now sprinkle crushed red pepper and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.

  • Tried mince & macaroni pie , i made few changes i did not put milk and water instead i used chicken stock and also did not put cheese on top. baked for 15 minutes .also used left over chicken mince very good result.
