Zinger burger: Ingredients: chicken breast 1/2 kg crushed garlic 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli 1 tbsp salt to taste mustard paste vinegar 1 tbsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp round buns 8
Ketchup 1 cup garlic sauce 1 cup tomatoes 250 gm salad leaf 250 gm Ice berg 250 gm
flour 1 cup corn flour 1/2 cup salt to taste crushed black pepper 1 tbsp cold water as required Method: Marinate the chicken breast with Garlic, cumin powder, crushed red chillies,salt ,mustard powder,vinegar , garam masala powder and leave it for 3-4 hours Coat with corn flour and flour and fry in oil Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the buns and place the crispy chicken on top and serve. Ketchup ingredients: Tomatoes 1-1/2 kg oil 2 tbsp garlic 1 clove onion 1 small brown sugar 1/4 cup mustard powder 1/2 tsp dried garlic powder (sondh) 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/4 tsp kabaab sugar powder 1/e tsp cinnamon powder 1 pinch vinegar 1/4 cup salt to taste Method: Blend tomatoes in a blender and sieve them. Take the water out and discard the pulp Heat up a pan and soften garlic and onion Add in the water of the tomatoes,brown sugar,mustard powder,sondh,crushed red chillies, red chilli powder,garam masala powder, cinnamon powder and cook until it thickens just like ketchup Once done add in vinegar and salt. The ketchup is ready Angoor ka sharbat Ingredients: Grapes 1/2 kg soda water 1 bottle ice as required Method:
Blend grapes,soda water and ice Take it out in a glass and serve while cool.
