Chicken White Sauce Cutlets by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken 2-1/2 cups
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Chopped garlic 4 cloves
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Bread crumbs for coating

For Sauce:

  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Melt butter in pan and roast flour nicely.
  2. When fragrance comes, add salt and black pepper, remove from stove, add milk little little and whisk it continuously.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
  4. When color of onion changes, add boiled chicken, flour, salt and black pepper.
  5. Now mix white sauce, mix coriander leaves and cool mixture for 30 minutes.
  6. Make cutlets of mixture, dip in beaten egg and coat with flour and bread crumbs.
  7. Fry in hot oil and serve.
