Ingredients:

  • Maize flour 1 cup
  • Maida 1 cup
  • Chicken mince 200 gm
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mushroom 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2-3 tbsp
  • Carrot 2
  • Peas 1/2 cup
  • Potatoes 2
  • Green beans 125 gm
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Mash Potatoes:

  • Potatoes (Soft boiled) 2
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise 3-4 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For platter: Mix flour, salt and maize flour, mix with water as required and make small small chapatiyan.
  2. For chicken: Heat oil in pan and fry chopped garlic and chopped onion.
  3. Then add chicken mince and roast it.
  4. Also add black pepper, white pepper, green chilies and mushrooms and mix it nicely.
  5. When mince dries, remove it and keep it aside.
  6. For vegetables: Steam carrot, potatoes, peas and green beans.
  7. Put butter in pan and fry steamed vegetables lightly.
  8. Take it out and keep it aside.
  9. For sauce: Put all ingredients in blender, mix it and blend it. Sauce is ready.
  10. For mash potatoes: Heat butter in pan, put mash potatoes, salt and black pepper and cook on low flame.
  11. When potatoes are soft, add cream and mix it nicely.
  12. Mash potatoes are ready.
  13. In end, keep chapatiyan on platter.
  14. Keep chicken mince, steamed & fried vegetables, mash potatoes and sauce and serve.
