					Ingredients:
- Chocolate cake (sliced) 1 loaf
 
- Fruit syrup 1/2 cup
 
- Cherries to decorate 1/2 cup
 
- Cream 1 cup
 
- Chocolate syrup to drizzle 1/4 cup
 
For Chocolate Pudding:
- Icing sugar 1/2 cup
 
- Caster sugar 1-1/2 cups
 
- Cocoa powder 1 cup
 
- Corn flour 2/3 cup
 
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
 
- Salt a pinch
 
Other Ingredients:
- Butter 2 tbsp
 
- Milk 1-1/3 cups
 
Method:
- Layer chocolate cake slices, drizzle with fruit syrup, put cooled chocolate pudding and refrigerate and then put layer of cream and decorate top with cherries, drizzle chocolate sauce and serve chilled.
 
- To prepare chocolate pudding: Combine icing sugar, caster sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, vanilla essence and salt and store in container with tight-fitting lid.
 
- Makes 3 cups mix, yielding 12 servings of prepared pudding.
 
- For two servings: Combine 1/2 cup chocolate pudding mix, butter, and milk in small saucepan.
 
- Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
 
- Pour into serving dishes and chill until thickened.
