Red Velvet Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate chip cookies crumbs 2-1/2 cup
  • Melted butter 3 oz
  • Milk  1-1/2 cups
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate powder 5 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1-1/2 tsp
  • Red food color 2 tsp

Method:

  1. For crust: Mix cookies crumbs with butter.
  2. Nos spread on 9 inch glass pie plate and set it in fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. For pie filling: Mix milk, cream, chocolate chips, chocolate powder and sugar, cook it and stir it with spoon.
  4. Now add coffee.
  5. Then mix corn flour with butter milk, add eggs, put in saucepan and cook on low flame.
  6. When batter is thick, take it out and add butter and red food color.
  7. Put this mixture on biscuits and set in fridge.
  8. Then decorate with white chocolate and serve.

Red Velvet Custard Pie is sweet baked dish. The crust is of chocolate chip cookies crumbs and filled with chocolate chips & butter milk.
