Coconut Pudding by Chef Zakir

Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
- ½ liter coconut milk
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup grated coconut
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- 1/2 tbsp butter
Method
- In a bowl, beat 6 eggs and keep aside. Also add ½ cup sugar and ½ liter coconut milk and beat until sugar has completely dissolve.
- Then add 2 to 3 tbsp grated coconut.
- Grease a pudding mould with 1 tbsp butter and sprinkle remaining grated coconut on it.
- Pour the prepared mixture in it and bake on 200 c to 15 to 20 minutes.
- Take out of the oven when its color is a nice golden brown.
- Tempting coconut pudding is ready to serve.
