Ingredients for Aloo Ki Sabzi Indian Style:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Carrot (grated) 2
  • Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 2 tbsp
  • White cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Curry leaves few
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Karamkalla Qeema:

  • Cabbage (chopped) 1
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion (chopped) 2
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4-6
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Lemons 2
  • Oil 1 cup

Ingredients for Daal Lucknowi:

  • Lentil 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chillies 8
  • Green chillies 6
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Raw mango 1
  • Clarified butter/oil 1 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
