Pan Wheel Beef And Forest Chicken by Chef Zakir
Ingredients for Forest Chicken:
- Chicken breast 2
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Spring onion chopped 1
- Capsicum chopped 1
- Carrot chopped 1
- Onion 1
- Celery stick chopped 1
- Parsley chopped 1/4 bunch
- Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion 1
- Tomato chopped 1
- Mozzarella cheese 1/2 packet
Method:
- Firstly, open chicken like book and press with hammer.
- Now add salt, chopped black pepper, lemon juice and papaya paste and marinate with it.
- Now add green chilies, capsicum, carrot, onion, celery stick, parsley, lemon skin and tomato and mix with chicken.
- Then add onions cutted in ring shape and keep on oven tray.
- Then place chicken and keep all vegetables on chicken.
- In end, put grated mozzarella cheese and bake in oven on 200 degrees C for baking for 10 to 12 minutes.
- When golden, take out and serve it.

- Beef undercut 1-2 kg
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
- Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Capsicum 1
- Carrot 1
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice a little
