Ingredients for Christmas Brownies:

• Dry green berries 100 gm
• Cooking chocolate 300 gm
• Butter 200 gm
• egg 4
• Brown sugar 300 gm
• Flour 200 gm
• Cake spice 1 tsp
• Walnut 100 gm
• Icing sugar to taste
  

Ingredients for Batter Fried Fish & Chip:

• Sole fish fillet 1/2 kg
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp

For Batter:

• Self raising flour 1/2 cup
• Egg 1
• Club soda 1 tin

For Tartar Sauce:

• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 pinch
• Pickle cucumber 1 tsp
• Pickle onion 1 tsp
• Chopped parsley 1 tsp
• French fries 1 packet
