Ingredients for Palak Paneer & Saffron Aracini:

  • Vegetable oil  for deep fry
  • Rice  150 gm
  • Chicken stock 250 gm
  • Chopped spinach 60 gm
  • Cottage cheese  15 piece
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Onion  1/2
  • Mozzarella cheese  3 tbsp
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs  60 gm
  • Flour  50 gm
  • Black pepper  4-5
  • Egg  1
  • Water  as required
  • Saffron  1 pinch

Ingredients for Desi Style Fish & Masala Chips:

  • Red snapper  1 kg
  • Oil  for deep frying

Batter Ingredients:

  • Flour  1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water  1/2 cup
  • Baking powder  1/4 cup
  • Salt  as required
  • Carom seeds  1 tsp
  • Red chili  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped green chili  1-2

Marinating Ingredients:

  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Salt  as required
  • Dry roasted cumin  1 tsp
  • Ginger paste  1 tsp
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Lemon juice  2-3

For Masala Chips:

  • Potatoes 4-5
  • Rice flour 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar as required
  • Oil for deep fry

Ingredients for Cardamom & Saffron Pannacotta:

  • Fresh cream  2 cup
  • Mango puree  3/4 cup
  • Caster sugar  2 tbsp
  • Gelatin powder  2-1/2 tsp
  • Ground cardamom  1 tsp
  • Saffron soaked in milk  1/2 tsp
