Ingredients For Arabic Mince And Potato Pie:

  • Boiled potatoes  4
  • Carrot grated  1
  • Cabbage  1
  • Capsicum  2
  • Tomato puree  4 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Mushroom  1 can
  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds  1 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Fresh milk  1 liter
  • Butter  1 tbsp
  • Flour  3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese  1 packet
  • Olive oil  3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add grated carrots, chopped cabbage, chopped capsicum, black pepper, tomato puree, chili sauce, then mushroom.
  2. Now add butter, flour, roast it lightly, then turn off the stove.
  3. Pour milk after 5 to 10 minutes, bake it for 10 to 15.
  4. Arabic mince and potato pie is ready.

Ingredients For Chicken Sheesh Kabab:

  • 1/2 kg chicken mince
  • 2 bread slices
  • 2 tbsp yogurt malai
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 chopped kashmiri chilies
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tsp all spice powder
  • 1 bunch chopped coriander
  • 3 green chilies
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 egg
  • Salt as required

Mint Chutney:

  • 1 bunch mint leaves
  • 6 green chilies
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp white cumin
  • Salt as required

Method:

  1. Put red chilies, all spice powder roast it well.
  2. Now pour oil in a pan, add olive oil add ginger garlic paste, salt, roast it lightly.
  3. Now add mince.
  4. When the mince becomes dry then add boiled potatoes, peel it and then mash it with fork, mix the mince.

Ingredients For Shimla Mirch Tamatar Aur Anday Ki Sabzi:

  • Capsicum  4
  • Chopped tomatoes  1/2 kg
  • Boiled eggs  4
  • Curry leaves  a few
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Cloves  1 tsp
  • White cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Lemons   2
  • Oil  as required

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add tomatoes.
  2. Along, chopped red chilies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt.
  3. When the tomatoes becomes dry then add capsicum cubes, curry leaves, cloves, white cumin, lemon juice simmer it on low temperature.
  4. Peel the eggs and make its 2 pieces.
  5. Pour oil in a frying pan, add vegetables for shallow frying.
  6. In the end add vegetables dish out it and garnish it with egg pieces then serve it hot.
