Ingredients For Fruit Cake:

  • Plain flour  250 gm
  • Eggs  6
  • Sugar  250 gm
  • Raisins  50 gm
  • Chocolate chips  50 gm
  • Walnuts  50 gm
  • Ashrafian  100 gm
  • White butter  375 gm
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence  1 tsp

Ingredients For Mushroom Chicken in Oyster Sauce:

  • Chicken boneless  1/2 kg
  • Salt  to taste
  • Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Sugar  1 tsp
  • Chinese salt  1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce  3 tbsp
  • Button mushroom  1/2 cup
  • Baby corn  3-4
  • Chicken stock  1 cup
  • Spring onion  2-3
  • Corn flour  2 tbsp
  • Oil  4 tbsp
  • Onion  1
  • Black pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • Capsicum   1

Method:

  1. First wash the chicken slices.
  2. Then add capsicum, onions in small cubes.
  3. Now pour oil in a pan, add chopped garlic paste, fry the chicken make the chicken golden brown.
  4. Then add chopped green onion, onion, bean mushroom, baby corn fry it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Now add soya sauce, oyster sauce, chopped black pepper, white pepper, salt, sugar, chinese salt cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Then add chicken stock, add corn flour in water.
  7. When the gravy is cooked well then make the cornflour thick.
  8. When they become ready serve it with white rice or fried rice.

Ingredients For Chicken Spinach Cutlets:

  • Chicken mince  1/2 kg
  • Spinach  1/2 kg
  • Salt  to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Peas boiled  1 cup
  • Crushed red pepper  1 tbsp
  • All spice powder  1/2 tsp
  • Bread slices  2
  • Cheddar cheese  100 gm
  • Sweet corn  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Mint leaves  1/4 bunch
  • Spring onion  1-2
  • Lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • Egg  1
  • Oil  for fry

Method:

  1. First add the chicken mix it well then add salt, ginger garlic paste chop it well.
  2. Then add red chili pepper, garam  masala, bread slices, green onion, sweet corn, egg chop it well and take it out in a bowl.
  3. Now take a peas, chopped spinach mix it well, make thin portions and fry them in pan.
  4. Delicious chicken Spinach Cutlet is ready.
