Ingredients For Coffee Deluxe Cake:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Butter milk 1 cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Egg 2

Topping Ingredients:

  • Fried Almonds 10 gm
  • Fried walnuts  100 gm

Method:

  1. First add butter, sugar, egg, milk, butter milk beat it well.
  2. Now add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, fold it well put it into baking tray.
  3. For topping add roasted almonds, roasted walnuts, flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, butter mix it with hand.
  4. Now bake it.

Ingredients For Malaysian Curry:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 tin
  • Green chili  4
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Fennel powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves  6
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Round red chili  6
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Green coriander  4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add yogurt, green chilies in a chopper.
  2. Now add chicken boneless, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, chopped fennel, ginger garlic mix it leave it for half an hour.
  3. After that put it into pan cook it on low temperature.
  4. When water dries then add coconut milk cook it.
  5. Then pour oil add red chilies, curry leaves make the tarka put it on its top.

Ingredients For Carrot Cabbage Salad with Spice:

  • Cabbage 1
  • Cucumber 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Carrot 2
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Black salt 1/2 tsp
  • Fried cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 cup
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, mint leaves.
  2. Now pour oil add mustard, roasted cumin, black pepper, salt, lemon juice mix it well.
  3. Then put it into salad and mix it well more.
