Ingredients For Chocolate Chip Baby Cakes:

  • Chocolate chips  As required
  • Butter  100 grams
  • icing sugar  1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar  1 cup
  • Flour 1 - 1/2 cup
  • Eggs  2
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1 pinch
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Fried And chopped almonds  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First add chocolate chip, roasted and chopped almonds, brown sugar, chopped sugar, vanilla essence, salt, egg mix it well place it in fridge.
  2. Now add flour, brown sugar, butter, egg, brown sugar, baking powder mix it.
  3. Then add muffin tray, bake it for 8 to 10 minutes. Then take it out add chocolate chip put the mixture into it.
  4. Bake it for 5 to 7 minutes.

Ingredients For Mushroom Pasta With Alfredo Sauce:

  • Boiled pasta  1/2 packet
  • Prawn  1/2 kg
  • Vinegar  1 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Fresh red chili 4
  • Mushroom 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Oil  2 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter  50 grams
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Parsley  4 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  • Milk  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Pour oil add garlic.
  2. When it starts to smell then add prawns fry it on high temperature.
  3. Now add black pepper, salt, vinegar cover it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Then add boiled pasta mix it well. Along capsicum, mushroom, fresh red chilies cut it well turn off the stove.
  5. For making sauce:
  6. Take a sauce pan add butter melt it.
  7. Now add chopped garlic.
  8. When the smells starts to come then add cream, milk, parmesan cheese cook it for 1 minute.
  9. Then add ready prawns add pasta mix it well.
  10. Add some parsley in end.
