Ingredients For Apricot Chutney:

  • Dry apricot  1-1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1/4 cup
  • Cloves  2-3
  • Tara garam masala  1/4 tsp

Ingredients For Vegetable Basin Tempura:

  • Gram flour  1/2 cup
  • Flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Eggs  2
  • Chilled water  2 cups
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Egg plant  1 
  • Medium potato 2
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Onion  1
  • Oil  deep fry

Method:

  1. Take a bowl make a batter of flour, gram flour, egg, cold water, salt and chopped red chilies mix it well.
  2. Now add brinjal, potato, capsicum, onion dip it into batter and deep fry it.
  3. Delicious vegetable Basin tempura is ready.
