Ingredients For Papadi Chaat:

For Papadi:

  • Flour  2 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1 tbsp
  • Oil  for frying
  • Date and imli chutney  1/2 cup
  • Green chutney  1/2 cup
  • Whipped yogurt 3 cup
  • Chat masala  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Potato boiled  2 

For Imli Chutney:

  • Dates  1/2 cup
  • Imli pulp  1/2 cup
  • Jaggery  2 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

For Green Chutney:

  • Mint leaves  1 cup
  • Coriander  1/2 cup
  • Onion  2 tbsp
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Green chilies   3
  • Lemon juice  1/4 cup

Method:

For Making Green Chutney:

  1. Take a blender add mint leaves, green coriander, onion, sugar, salt green chilies and lemon juice in a blender.

For Making Date Chutney:

  1. Take out the seeds of dates and put the tamarind paste on a pan, along jaggery, chopped red chilies, salt and water cook it.
  2. Then make it cool.

For Making Papadi:

  1. add flour, salt, oil and water knead the dough.
  2. Now roll it out and cut it with help of cookie cutter and deep fry it on low temperature, until it becomes golden brown.
  3. Then for serving take a big bowl, add papdi, chutniyan, salt, boiled potato cubes and beaten yogurt.
  4. Now add chaat masala, roasted cumin, chopped red chilies sprinkle the green coriander garnish it with sew then serve.

Ingredients For Pizza Sandwich:

  • Bread slices  8
  • Butter  4 ounce
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Tomatoes  1
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Chicken tikka 1
  • Olives chopped 4 to 6
  • Oregano leaves  1 tsp
  • Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Pizza sauce  1/2 cup
  • Crushed red pepper  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. First put the butter on bread slice.
  2. Take a bowl add small cubes of onion, tomatoes, capsicum, chicken tikka, salt, chopped black pepper, olives, oregano, grated cheddar cheese, pizza sauce and chopped red chilies mix it well.
  3. Now put the bread slice on toaster and put the filling in center and put the another slice.
  4. Then toast it for 5 minutes.
  5. Put the remaining bread slices same in this way.
