Aloo Chicken Seekh




Ingredients

  • Sherd chicken boneless half kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp 
  • Potato half kg 
  • Green chilli chopped 5-8
  • Salt 
  • Green coriander chopped 
  • Cornflour half tsp 
  • Garam masala half tsp 
  • Red chilli crushed half tsp 
  • Red chilli powder half tsp 
  • Oil for fry 

Method 

Boil the chicken cubes  along with ginger garlic and then shred. Set aside.

Put the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the shredded chicken, coriander, mint, chillies, salt,  nd all the remaining spices. Mix everything well and give it a taste. Adjust salt/spice.

Keep this potatoes in seekh then. Shallow fry on both sides until golden and crispy.

Haray Masalay Ky Koftay

Ingredients 

  • Chicken boneless 1kg qeema 
  • Onion crush 2 fried 
  • Ginger garlic paste 
  • Salt 
  • Garam masala half tsp 
  • Green chilli chopped 7-8 
  • Cooking oil half cup 
  • Mint & green coriander 1 bunch 
  • 2 onion sliced 
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp 
  • Coconut 1 bowl & almond 25 paste 
  • Roasted baesan half cup 

Method 

For gravy : 
In a pan add oil , onion , ginger garlic & saute almost 10 min in slow flame .
Then make a mix mint, fresh coriander leave & green chilli then add this mix on pan .
Then add all spices , almond mix then cook it for 5 min .
For koftay 
In keema add half tsp of ginger garlic paste , onion , roasted besan , add red chilli powder, garam malsa quarter tsp & salt ..
Then put kofta on green mix then cooked almost qeema soften ..
Serve it with naan .

English Trifle 

Ingredients 

  • Milk 1ltr 
  • Sugar half cup 
  • Condense milk 1 cup 
  • Vanilla custurad 4 tbsp 
  • Cream 1 pkg 
  • Fruite cocktail 1 tin 
  • Almond crush roasted 18-20 
  • Jelly yellow , green , red 

Method 

  1. In a pan add milk , sugar boiled then add custurad powder & thick it 
  2. Make a custured add condense milk  & cream then cool it 
  3. In a bowl make a layer of cake then spread cocktail juice over it 
  4. Then spread over cake all fruits & jelly 
  5. Then add custard 
  6. On custard spread almonds & fruits . 
  7. And serve it cool
