Ingredients For Alfredo Pasta With Yogurt Sauce:

  • Actiplus  1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese  1/2 cup
  • Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Cornstarch  1/2 tsp
  • Pasta  1 packet
  • Spinach  1/2 cup
  • Red Pepper flakes  as required

Method:

  1. Add actiplus, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, cornstarch and chopped red chilies in a food processor, until it becomes the paste becomes smooth.
  2. Now pour the sauce, chopped spinach in a non stick pan, keep its temperature low, then add boiled pasta , cook it for 3 to 5 minutes make it thick.
  3. Now sprinkle chopped red chilies then serve.

Ingredients For Keema Kachori:

For Dough:

  • Flour  1/2 kg
  • Water  to knead

For Filling:

  • Ghee  250 gm
  • Arrot  250 gm
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onion  2
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1/2 tsp
  • Green chilies 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp

Ingredients For Black Forest Frosty:

  • Cherries  1 cup
  • Chocolate ice cream  1 1/2 cup
  • Cream whipped  for decoration
  • Chocolate cake/ brownie 1 cup
  • Milk  1/2 cup
  • Crushed ice  1 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add cheese, chocolate ice cream, chocolate cake or brownie, milk, chopped ice and sugar blend it well.
  2. Now pour it into glass beat it and garnish it with cream then serve.
