Ingredients For Mixed Fruit Delight:

  • Mixed fruit jelly  3 packets
  • Evaporated milk chilled  1 tin
  • Cream  200 gm
  • Pineapple tidbits  1 tin

Method:

  1. First add mixed fruit jelly with water.
  2. Now set it half. Along evaporated milk, pineapple pieces and cream blend it well.
  3. Then take it out add pineapple pieces fold it well.
  4. Put it into pan, add pineapple pieces then fold it.
  5. Put it into a serving bowl, set it into fridge.
  6. Now garnish it with cream and cherry then serve.

Ingredients For Grilled pepper chicken:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Mustard powder  1 tsp
  • Allspice  1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed  1 1/2 tsp
  • Mashed potatoes  to serve

Method:

  1. First add onion, green chilies and green coriander grind it well.
  2. Now add chicken pieces, green masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, mustard powder, garam masala, soya sauce and chopped black pepper marinate it for 1 hour.
  3. Then pour oil add chicken pieces, fry it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add water, cover and let it cook , until the chicken becomes ready.
  5. Then serve it with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients For Tandoori Khameeri Kulchy:

  • Flour  4 cups
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Sugar  1 tbsp
  • Yeast  2 tsp
  • Ghee  2 tbsp
  • Powdered milk  4 tbsp
  • Luke warm water  to knead

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, ghee, milk with warm water make its dough soft.
  2. Now cover it with wet cloth and leave it to rise for 1 hour.
  3. Then make its small balls and roll it.
  4. Now bake it and fry.
  5. Serve it with kabab.

Ingredients For Handi Kabab:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya  2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic  1 tbsp

Masala For Kababs:

  • Poppy seeds  1 tbsp
  • Button red chilies 10
  • Cumin seeds  1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds  1 tsp
  • Nutmeg  1/4 piece
  • Mace  1 blade
  • Cinnamon  1 stick
  • Brown onion grinded 4 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Cloves  4
  • Black pepper  4

Method:

  1. For making masala, add raisins, round red chilies, chopped cumin, chopped coriander, nutmeg mace, cinnamon, onion, flour, cloves, black pepper roast it well and chop the onions.
  2. Now add mince, add masala, papaya and ginger garlic marinate it well.
  3. Then simmer it with coals.
  4. Pour oil in handi make mince kabab cook it for 15 minutes.
  5. Add onions and lemon for garnish then serve.
