Coffee Souffle With Mocha Sauce by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Egg separated 3
  • Cream of tartar 1/4 tsp
  • Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp

For Mocha Sauce:

  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Coffee 2 tbsp
  • Chocolates chips 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Whisk milk, sugar, coffee, corn flour and egg yolks in saucepan until smooth.
  2. Now cook it on medium flame by stirring it until mixture is thick.
  3. Then take out in bowl and add vanilla essence.
  4. Now beat egg whites separately.
  5. Beat fresh cream separately.
  6. Now fold egg whites and cream in cold custard and set in fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Then take it out, decorate with pipe cream and drizzle with mocha sauce.
  8. For mocha sauce: Put all ingredients in saucepan and cook it.
  9. Also stir it until sauce is thick.
