Ingredients for Kachay Aloo Kay Kabab:

  • Mince 300 gram
  • Spring onion 1
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Bread slice 1
  • Raw potatoes 2
  • Green chillies 3
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Ginger 1
  • Garlic 4-5
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg mace ground 1/4 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, mash potato and keep aside.
  2. Now add mince, egg, gram flour, onion, coriander leaves, spring onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger & bread in chopper and grind nicely.
  3. Add mint leaves, crushed red chilli, cumin seed, coriander crushed, all spice, nutmeg mace ground, gram flour & salt, chop more for 1 minute and take out in bowl.
  4. Then add mashed potato in mince, mix nicely and make kabab
  5. Heat some oil in pan and shallow fry kabab on both sides.

Ingredients for Rice And Shrimp Paste Roll:

  • Onion chopped 1
  • Spring onion 1
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Boiled rice 150 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Worcester sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Shrimp Paste:

  • Spring onion 2
  • Egg 3
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Shrimps 200 gram
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, add shrimps, spring onion, green chilli, sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, soya sauce & worcester sauce in chopper, make paste and take out in one bowl.
  2. Now add beaten eggs and mix it nicely.
  3. Together add salt & crushed red pepper, mix it nice and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in karahi pan, add ginger garlic paste, onion, boiled rice, worcester sauce, salt & crushed black pepper, mix it nicely and keep aside.
  5. Then, add 1 tbsp oil in one pan, add egg mixture and fry on both sides like omelette.
  6. when fried, take out in plate, keep rice in middle, put mayonnaise on top, fold it and serve hot.

Ingredients for Pista Peshawari Ice Cream:

  • Milk 2 liters
  • Pistachio 125 gram
  • Pistachio 100 gram
  • Sugar 250 gram
  • Salt 250 gram
  • Fresh cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Pistachio essence few drops
  • Stabilize powder 2 tbsp
  • Ice as required
  • Green food color few drops
  • White butter 150 gram
