Homemade Spring Roll And Beef In Rose Petal Sauce by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Homemade Spring Roll:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Oil for frying
  • Water as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken breast 2
  • Garlic chopped 2-3
  • Celery stick 1
  • Spring onion 1/2 cup
  • Bean sprout 1
  • Capsicum 1/4 piece
  • Cabbage to taste
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Soya sauce to taste
  • Worcester sauce 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. Firstly, put flour, egg and salt in one bowl, mix it, put water gradually and make it like batter, keeping in mind that the batter should not be so thick or so thin.
  2. Now heat oil in on pan. Then fry batter sheets like pan cake and keep it aside.
  3. Put oil in second karahi pan with garlic and chicken breast and fry until it is tendered and cooked well.
  4. Then put capsicum, cabbage, celery stick, green onion, bean sprout, soya sauce, worchester sauce, salt and chopped black pepper, mix it and close the stove.
  5. Then in separate bowl, beat half egg, put some flour and make batter.
  6. Now pick up sheets one by one, keep chicken filling, roll it like a roll. Close it with egg batter on the edges.
  7. Then fry it slightly hot oil. When in golden in color, serve with any chutni or sauce.

Ingredients for Beef In Rose Petal Sauce:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Fruit vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Rose flower 1
  • Gray fruit 1
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Pasta 1/2 packet
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice as required

Method:

  1. Firstly, cup beef undercut into small steak. Now marinate with salt, chopped black pepper, lemon juice and gray fruit juice.
  2. Then heat oil in one pan, mix with butter and fry beef steak on both sides until golden.
  3. When both sides are turned to golden, add oregano, rose flower and fresh cream and cook more for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Keep boiled pasta on platter. Keep one big beef steak and serve with sauce.
