Ingredients For Keema Aur Anday Special:

  • Mince  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • Onion  2
  • Roasted and crushed cumin  1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped  4
  • Tomatoes  3
  • Eggs  4

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add onions for frying, until it becomes golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, mince, salt, black pepper, chopped black pepper, roasted and chopped cumin and chopped tomatoes fry them all.
  3. Then pour water cover and let it cook till the mince tenders.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Add green coriander, green chilies serve it with frozen parathas.

Ingredients For Bread Kachori:

  • Small bread  1 full (24 slices)

For Filling:

  • Potatoes  2
  • Peas  1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves  1 tbsp
  • Green chilies  2
  • Roasted and crushed cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Salt   1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala  1/2 tsp
  • Cottage cheese grated  1/4 cup

Method:

For making filling:

  1. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, peas, chopped green coriander, green chilies, chopped and roasted cumin, black pepper, salt, chaat masala and grated cheese mix them all.
  2. For making kachori, add bread cut its sides, make its pieces of 3 inch.
  3. Now keep these pieces into water.
  4. Then add filling, place another part of bread, press it on kachori.
  5. Now pour oil for deep frying, until it become golden.
  6. Serve it with ketchup.

Ingredients For Mango Squash:

  • Mango puree 1 kg
  • Sugar  1/2 kg
  • Citric acid  2 tbsp
  • Meta Bi sulphate 1/8 tsp
  • Water  1 kg

Method:

  1. First peel the skin of mangoes.
  2. Now add sugar and water mix it and filter.
  3. Add citric acid in water, stir it.
  4. Now add meta bi sulphate in water.
  5. Then mix the mango juice with meta bi sulphate water and citric acid mix them all.
  6. Then fill it into sterilized bottle.
  7. Shake the bottle before use.

Ingredients For Coffee Banana Smoothie:

  • Bananas  2
  • Milk  1 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt  5 tbsp
  • Coffee  1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon  1/4 tsp
  • Ice  1 cup
  • Sugar  2 tbsp
  • Banana  garnish

Method:

  1. First blend all the ingredients in blender.
  2. Serve it by garnish it with banana.
