Ingredients for Beef Pasta With Vegetables:

  • 1 packet kolson pasta
  • 250 grams beef undercut
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1/4 bunch cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 chicken cubes
  • 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
  • black pepper as required
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt as required
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Heat water in one pot, add kolson pasta, when it boils, strain out past and keep aside.
  2. Also boil cauliflower separate.
  3. Heat oil in karahi pan, add chopped garlic and golden fry it.
  4. After that, add beef slices and roast until it color changes.
  5. Now add all chopped vegetables.
  6. When the vegetables becomes soft, add chili garlic sauce, salt, oregano and black pepper. Stir fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. In, end add boil pasta, boiled cauliflower and cream cheese and simmer it.
  8. Beef Pasta is ready.

Ingredients for Mirch Masala Kaleji:

  • 1/2 kg kaleji
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 250 grams green chilies
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Lemon juice of a lemon
  • 1/2 cup dry achaar masala
  • 2 tbsp khatai powder
  • 1 tbsp crushed red chili
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • Salt as required
  • 1/4 cup oil

Ingredients for Beef Vegetable Masala:

  • Beef undercut 1/2 kg
  • Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Potatoes chopped 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1 cup
  • Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Boiled tomatoes 3
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
