Ingredients For Beef Bun:

  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Flour 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Mince 250 gm
  • Onion  1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Green chilies chopped 2
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Water  as required
  • Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First add yeast, milk, mix it well.
  2. Then add sugar, salt, flour, egg, butter, mix it well knead it.
  3. Mix the water if needed.
  4. Now put the knead dough in plastic and keep it on a side.
  5. Now pour oil add ginger garlic paste, mince, roast it well cook it and dry its water.
  6. Then add chopped onions, chopped green coriander, chopped green chilies, salt, chopped black pepper, mix it well and turn off the stove.
  7. Now make portions of small balls, fill its center with mince, then fold it again like balls.
  8. Now pour oil on tray and place the portions on it, then leave it to rise, when the portions rises, place them into oven on 180 degree C for baking it.
  9. Polish the balls with egg,  bake it for 10- 15 minutes.
  10. When it turns to golden color then take it out and serve it hot.

Ingredients For Aloo Kay Samosay:

For Flour:

  • Flour  250 gm
  • Salt  to taste
  • Carom seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Water  as required

For Filling:

  • Potatoes boiled 1/2 kg
  • Onion  1
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Turmeric  a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Crushed coriander  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Oil  for fry
