Ingredients:

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 liter natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • Chopped fresh mint

Method:

  1. Peel the skin of cucumber and grate them.
  2. Mix with yogurt and add salt, pepper, and mint.
  3. Serve.

To go with all traditional rice dishes
