Ingredients For Makhaddi Halwa:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Eggs  2 to 3
  • Green cardamom  6
  • Almonds/ pistachio  4 tbsp

Ingredients For Chicken Katakat:

  • Boneless chicken  1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped  1/2 cup
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies  4
  • Coriander leaves  2 tbsp
  • Ginger Juliann  1 tbsp
  • Chili powder  1 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt  1/2 cup
  • Allspice  1 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • Butter  2 ounce
  • Oil  1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Katakat masala  2 tbsp

Ingredients For Yakhni Pulao:

  • Mutton  1 kg
  • Onion  2 slice
  • Ginger julian  1 tbsp
  • Black pepper  20
  • Cloves  10
  • Cinnamon  2
  • Black cardamom  2
  • Small cardamom  2
  • Garlic  1
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Anise seeds  3 tbsp
  • Coriander whole 4 tbsp
  • Water  8 cups
