					Ingredients:
- Cooked Black Beans 1 c 
- Minced Carrot 1/4 c 
- Minced Celery 1/4 c 
- Garlic Salt 1 tsp 
- Oregano 1 tsp 
- Cumin 1 tsp 
- Coriander 1/2 tsp 
- Salt 1/4 tsp 
- Sour Cream 1/4 c 
- Chopped Fresh Cilantro 1 tsp 
- Cilantro for Garnish
Method:
- In a large bowl, coarsley mash half the beans with a fork. 
- Add remaining whole beans and all the other ingredients, mixing well. 
- Cover, and chill for 20 minutes. 
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
