  • I made this on sunday. I used 600 gms boneless chicken. The weight of onion after peeling was 150 gms. I added little sugar to prepared paste of onion, podina, cilantro, ginger garlic. I marinated chicken with tenderiser for about 2 hours.I reduced the quantity of yogurt to 6 tbsp. Also added 1 tbsp shans tikka boti masala for extra flavour. It turned out very good.My husband liked it a lot.
