Ginger Yogurt with Fruit

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 large papaya

Method:

  1. Add yogurt, banana, and ginger in a blender and grind.
  2. Divide papaya and grapes between two bowls.
  3. Mix with blended yogurt and top with sliced almonds.
